Thanks Julie. I really think Memphis is going to be a strong player. I have never met him before but I have heard of his Roulette game. In fact I know a few people in it, I think. I did notice that a couple of people hadnt done a lot in their DRs and I wanted to give them a little prod to get them started but I didn't want to overstep my bounds.
